Mr. and Mrs. David Luepke of Milwaukee are the parents of a daughter, Dawn, born Friday, November 12, 1965. Mr. Luepke is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Emil Luepke, Spencer, and his wife, the former Doreen Mews, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Mews of Unity. Dawn is the first child of the David Luepkes.
