Ehlert, Louise M.(15 September 1897 – 20 August 1976)

A resident of Memorial Home for several years, Louise M. Ehlert, died Friday, August 20, at the age of 78. Services were held Sunday afternoon from the Georgas-Gesche Funeral Home with the Rev. Ronald Nordin of Calvary Lutheran Church officiating. Services Monday morning from Luther Memorial English Evangelical Lutheran Church, Milwaukee, of which she was a member, were conducted by the Rev. Adolph B. Kappers, Jr. Burial was in Good Hope Cemetery.

Born September 15, 1897, in Crystal Lake, Il., to Carl and Louise Ros Ehlert, she came to Neillsville with her family in 1904. Miss Ehlert lived in Neillsville until 1934, then moved to Milwaukee where she lived until 1958 when she returned to Neillsville and lived with her sister, Mrs. Laura Biggs. Miss Ehlert entered Memorial Home because of failing health.

In addition to Mrs. Biggs, she is survived by another sister, Mrs. Walter Wegner of Neillsville.
