Foster, Airman Jeffrey L. (Service Notes - 1976)
Airman Jeffrey L. Foster, whose parents are Dr. and Mrs. John W,. Foster of 15
Clay St.,. Neillsville has been assigned to Lowry AFB, Co., after completing Air
Force basic training.
During the six-weeks’ training at Lackland AFB, Tx., he studied the Air Force
mission, organization and customs and received special instruction in human
relations.
Airman Foster will now receive specialized training in intelligence.
The airman, a 1970 graduate of Neillsville High School, received his B.A. degree
in 1975 from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee.
