Rush, Robert (Lt. Col., Ret.) (? – 30 May 1976)
Word has been received here of the death May 30 in Tacoma, Wa., of Robert Rush
(Lt. Col. Ret.), a native of Neillsville and son of the late Senator and Mrs.
Walter Rush of this city. He had been ill for about 18 months.
A graduate of Carrol College, Col. Rush worked for the state of Wisconsin for
several years before entering army service from which he was retired in 1959. He
and his family had made Tacoma their home since that time.
Surviving are his wife, Evelyn; two daughters, Mrs. Kenneth (Alice M.) King and
Mrs. Alan (Susan E.) Hart; and five grandchildren.
Funeral and burial particulars were not available.
