Zimmer, John D. (Service Notes - 1976)
Tucson, Ariz.—John D. Zimmer, whose parents are Mr. and Mrs. John G. Zimmer of
Rt. 3 Greenwood, has received his first promotion in the Air Force.
Zimmer, promoted to airman recently completed technical training at Sheppard
AFB, Tx., and is now assigned at Davis-Monthan AFB, Az. He serves as medical
services specialist with a unit of the Strategic Air Command.
Airman Zimmer is a 1975 graduate of Greenwood High School.
