Kramer, Julius (22 MAR 1878 – 17 AUG 1971)
Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. Friday for Julius Kramer, 93,
Abbotsford, who died Tuesday, August 17, 1971 at Colonial House at Colby, where
he had been a resident for about two weeks.
Services, held at Zion Lutheran Church, Colby, were conducted by the Rev. David
Pankow. Burial was in Colby Memorial Cemetery, with arrangements completed by
Lulloff Funeral Home.
Mr. Kramer was born March 22, 1878 in Luxemburg, Wisconsin.
He was married October 5, 1915 to Clara Sperl at Kennan. They farmed there until
1919, when they moved to a farm near Cherokee. In 1937 they moved to a farm two
miles east of Colby and resided there until 1968, when they moved to Abbotsford.
Mr. Kramer was a member if Zion Lutheran Church in Colby.
Surviving are his wife, a daughter, Mrs. Lawrence (Fern) Patterson, Marshfield,
four grandchildren, a brother and two sisters.
He was preceded in death by a son, three brothers, and two sisters.
