NHS Named Cloverbelt Athletes (Schoengarth/Diestler – 2020)

NHS Named Cloverbelt Athletes

Neillsville High School has announced its two 2020 Cloverbelt Conference Scholar Athletes.

The two athletes ae Monte Diestler and Alli Schoengarth. They will received certificates and medals from the Cloverbelt Conference for being selected as Neillsville High School’s scholar athletes.

Schoengarth, the daughter of Al and Tina Schoengarth, will graduate summa cum laude with academic recognition. She maintained a 3.90 gradepoint average. She earned nine varsity letters during her high school career, participating volleyball, basketball and track and field. She plans to attend the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse this fall.

Each year, Cloverbelt Conference member schools name one boy and one girl as scholar athletes.

Diestler is the son of Mathew and Diane Diestler, He will graduate summa cum laude academic recognition after maintaining a 3.97 gradepoint average. He earned 11 varsity letters during his high school athletic career while participating in football, basketball and baseball. He earned all-conference recognition in football and basketball. He plans to attend the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse this fall.
