Airman James J. Fitzgerald, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Fitzgerald of Medford,
has graduated at Sheppard AFB, Texas, from the U.S. Air Force Refrigeration
Specialist course.
The airman, who studied the principles of refrigeration, air conditioning, and
equipment cooling, is being assigned to Kincheloe AFB, Michigan, for duty with a
unit of the aerospace defense command, which protect the U.S. against hostile
aircraft and missiles.
Airman Fitzgerald is a 1969 graduate of Medford High School. His wife, Trudee,
is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Schraufnagel, Abbotsford.
