LaGasse, Terry (28 OCT 1972)

Miss Terry LaGasse and Richard Bellin repeated solemn nuptial vows on October 28, 1972 at the Thorp United Methodist Church. The Reverend David L. Fuller, pastor of the church, presided, with the assistance of the Reverend William Grelle of St. Hedwig’s Church, at a 6:30 p.m. candlelight ceremony.

Parents of the new Mrs. Bellin are Mr. and Mrs. Jack LaGasse of Thorp (Clark Co.), Wisconsin. Parents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Edward Bellin, Forestville, Wisconsin.

Mrs. Edward Grajkowski attended her sister as matron of honor, and Mrs. John Knusta, aso a sister of the bride, was bridesmaid. Andrew Bellin, brother of the bridegroom, was best man, and Adrian Monfiles, friend of the groom, acted as groomsman.

Mark LaGasse, brother of the bride, and Terry Franda, nephew of the groom, ushered.

The bride was attired in a gown designed and made by her sister, Mrs. Ed Grajkowski. It was a floor length, soft lace gown with empire waistline, gathered skirt, stand-up collar and long sleeves gathered to large buttoned cuffs, and featured a blue taffeta underdress with a shoulder attached six foot lace train. She carried a bouquet of long stemmed blue carnations and baby’s breath.

The attendants wore floor length gowns of blue crepe, styled with empire waistlines, softly gathered skirts, long sleeves and daisy trim. Headpieces were bows styled of daisy trim and they each carried a long stemmed white rose.

The bride’s sister, Mrs. John Knusta, and Mrs. Jerry Knusta made and decorated the three-tiered wedding cake which graced the table at an informal reception held at the home of the bride’s parents.

Following a honeymoon to Niagara Falls, the newlyweds will reside at 1030 Bader Street, Green Bay, Wisconsin.
