Rohloff, Gertrude (29 November 1915-21 March 1994)

LOYAL--Services for Gertrude Marie Rohloff, 78, Loyal, who died March 21, 1994, at her home, will be at Trinity Lutheran Church, Loyal.

The Rev. Joseph Kraly will officiate. Burial will be in Lutheran Cemetery, and pallbearers will be Mike and Walter Schuette and Dave, John, Rick and Randy Oestreich.

Visitation will be at Rinka Funeral Home, Loyal.

She was born November 29, 1915, in Barron County, to the late Gustave and Amelia (Mueller) Wolter. She grew up on a farm in the town of Sherman and was a graduate of Spencer High School and Stevens Point Normal School.

She was married to Edward Rohloff June 27, 1934, in Spencer, and he died June 27, 1990.

She and her husband lived in Unity, and she taught in Clark County schools from 1934-57. They then moved to Loyal, and she helped in his insurance business.

She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, the Loyal Garden Club and American Legion Auxiliary Post 175.

Survivors include nieces, nephews and other relatives.

She was also predeceased by two brothers and two sisters.
