Noeldner, William E., (6 July 1947-28 August 1967)

William Noeldner, 20, Route 2, Loyal, who was injured early Saturday morning in a car-train accident in Spencer, died Monday afternoon in St. Joseph's Hospital.

Marathon County Coroner William O'Connor, Mosinee, said that death was caused by a skull fracture and internal injuries. Noeldner never regained consciousness from the time of the accident to the time of his death.

Services will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church in Loyal on Friday. The Rev. A. M. Moldenhauer, pastor will offficiate, and burial will be made in the Lutheran cemetery. Friends may call at the Myre Funeral Home in Loyal.

William Noeldner was born in the town of Loyal, July 6, 1947. He received his education in Lyons School and the Loyal High School, and for the past two years had been employed at Marshfield Homes in Marshfield.

He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.

He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Norbert Noeldner; four sisters, Mrs. Ray (Marie) Oestreich, Loyal; Mrs. Leonard (Joan) Newberry, Coon Rapids, Minnesota; Mrs. Gary (Jeanette) Oswald, at home; two brothers, Larry Noeldner, Spencer, and Duane Noeldner, at home; and his grandparents, Mrs. Maggie Noeldner, Loyal, and Mr. and Mrs. George Frei, Neillsville.

One brother preceded him in death.
