Lautenbach, Ida M. (28 November 1898-17 July 1989)

LOYAL--Ida M. Lautenbach, 90, died Monday at Clairmont Nursing Home, Eau Claire.

Services will be Thursday at Trinity Lutheran Church, Loyal, with the Rev. Joseph Kraly officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Rinka Funeral Home, Loyal is handling arrangements.

She was born November 28, 1898 in Loyal, to John and Anna Loppnow. She attended Loyal School and German School, Loyal.

She was married to Arthur Lautenbach March 28, 1921, at Trinity Lutheran Church, He died in 1963.

After marriage, she and her husband farmed in Granton from 1938-48. They then moved to a farm in the town of Loyal. In 1979, she moved to Granton and then lived in Neillsville until 1986, when she entered the nursing home.

She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, the Ladies Society, American Legion Auxiliary and South Grant Serving Circle.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Richard (Rochelle) Catlin of Eau Claire and Mrs. James (Shirle) Schamber of Clearwater, Florida; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Besides her husband, she was predeceased by her parents and three sisters.
