For the first time in the history of Rochester secondary schools, Rochester, Minnesota, three Kellogg Junior High students have received the Presidential Fitness Award, the highest national award for physical fitness.

Amon them was Al Olejniczak, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roger Olejniczak, formerly of Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.). He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. John Koney and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Rogalski of Thorp. Al is a 10th grader this year and is active in basketball and football. He has been on the B squad this fall and now has moved up to the A squad.
