Schaub, Michael Adolph (22 January 1887 – 21 November 1975)

Word has been received here concerning the death of a former Neillsville resident, Michael Adolph Schaub, 88, who died November 21 at his home in Racine. He lived in Neillsville from 1921-1943, when he moved to Racine.

Funeral services were held November 24 from St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, of which he was a member. Burial followed in Calvary Cemetery.

Mr. Schaub was born January 22, 1887, in Norwalk in Monroe County. He married the former Anna K. Ewelt.

Survivors, in addition to his wife, include the following children: Appalonia and Earl Klema of Franksville, Joseph and Leone Schaub of Racine, Barnard and Martha Schaub of Plymouth, Adolph Schaub of Racine, Dorthea and Harry Carpino of Sturtevant and Philip and Barbara Schaub of Racine; one sister, Mrs. Margaret Juengling of Racine; and 17 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
