Hubing, Mary (1 December 1873-18 March 1954)

LOYAL-- Mrs. Mary Hubing, 80, route 2, died Thursdawhere she had lived since. She was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Churchy morning at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield, where she had been admitted after suffering a broken right hip in a fall March 4.

Mrs. Hubing, nee Ziglinski, was born December 1, 1873, in Germany. She came to America with her parents, when she was 2 years old, and they settled in Clark County. After her marriage in 1898 to John Hubing, the couple moved to a farm near Loyal, where she had lived since. She was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Kenneth (Binetta) Johnson, Chicago: Mrs. Paul (Lorene) Bauer, Greenwood, and Mrs. Roland (Beatrice) Bauer, Loyal; three sons, Anton Hubing, Neillsville; and Joseph and Ray Hubing, Loyal; 26 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

Her husband died in 1942. A son, two sisters, and a brother also preceded her in death.

Friends may call, beginning Saturday evening, at the Mrye Funeral home, where a general rosary will be recited Sunday. Funeral services will be conducted Monday in St. Anthony's Catholic Church. The Rev. Norbert King will officiate and burial will take place in the parish cemetery.
