Krueger, Theresa Ann (3 JUL 1972)

Theresa Ann Krueger, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Krueger of Route 2, Marathon, and Bernard Grendzinski, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alex Grendzinski Sr. of Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), were united in marriage Monday the third of July 1972.

The Reverend Joseph Rafacz officiated at the 3:30 p.m. marriage ceremony at St. Matthew Catholic Church, Wausau. Miss Linda Waltsler and Miss Sue Dobeck were the organist and soloist, respectively.

Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Grendzinski, Burnsville, Minnesota, brother and sister-in-law of the groom, were the honor attendants. Guests were ushered by Elroy Brandt, Wausau, uncle of the bride, and Leon Grendzinski, Wausau, brother of the groom.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a long gown of sheer organza over taffeta, trimmed with yellow satin ribbon and lace. Panels of lace and ribbon accented the bouffant wrist length sleeves, empire styled bodice, and gently flared skirt with an attached chapel train. Her lace and bow headpiece was trimmed with pearls and crystals, and held an elbow length veil. She carried a colonial bouquet of white carnations and yellow roses, interspersed with stephanotis.

The matron of honor wore a floor length sunny yellow gown, designed with yellow ribbon and white lace on the bodice and empire waistline to complement the bridal gown. She carried a bouquet of white carnations and yellow daisies.

The dinner was held at St. Matthew Church hall, and the reception and dance were held at Rib Lake Ballroom.

Mr. and Mrs. Grendzinski will take a wedding trip in September. They are at home at5602 W. Stewart Avenue, Wausau. The bride is a graduate of Marathon High School, is a nursing assistant at Sunnyvale Manor, Wausau, where her husband is also employed.
