Stasko, Nick J. (9 FEB 1905 – 13 JUN 1972)
Nick J. Stasko, 67, Rt. 3, Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), died Tuesday at his farm in
the town of Taft.
He was born February 9, 1905, in Stanley (Chippewa Co., Wis.), grew up there and
worked as a tool and die maker in Chicago for a number of years before returning
to Stnaley, where he farmed and did general maintenance.
He is survived by three brothers, John, Stanley, Louis, Hammond, Indiana,
Joseph, Jacksonville, Florida; and one sister, Mrs. Charles Zaborowski,
Dorchester.
Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Plombon Funeral Home, with Mr.
Victor Mansavage officiating. Burial was in Jehovah's Witnesses Cemetery in
Clark County.
