Tousignant, Pamela (15 NOV 1975)

Pamela Tousignant and Cary Smasal were united in marriage November 15, 1975 at 2 p.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Rosemount, Minnesota. Rev. Robert Dunn was assisted by Rev. James Purey and Rev. Gerard Rowan at the wedding mass.

Following the wedding ceremony a reception was held for 300 guests at the Columbian Hall in Hastings, which was hosted by the bride's mother, Mrs. Elmer Perron of Apple Valley.

Maid of honor was Chris Trevis of Rosemount. Bridesmaids were Melody Tousignant of Farmington, the bride's sister-in-law, Delores Pomije of New Prague, the bride's sister, Kim Ratzlaff of Farmington, cousin, Bonnie Smasal of Wisconsin, the groom's sister, and Debbie Storkamp of Rosemount.

Allan Fierke of Burnsville was best man. Gene Scholz of Rosemount, cousin of the bride, and Richard Smasal of St. Paul, brother of the groom, were ushers. Groomsmen were Gene Tousignant of Farmington, the bride's brother, Billy Smasal and Ronnie Smasal, brother of the groom, from Wisconsin, Dennis Pomije of New Prague, brother-in-law of the bride, and Tom Gergen of Rosemount.

Randy Smasal of Withee, Wisconsin, brother of the groom, was the ring bearer, and Doreen Pomije, the bride's niece of New Prague, was the flower girl.

Organist was Kathy Mahoney of Bloomington, who also provided vocal music for the wedding. The music include "You Fill up My Senses," "Sunrise, Sunset," and "The Sting."

The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Elmer Perron of 14340 Pilot Knob Road, Apple Valley. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Smasal, Withee (Clark Co.), Wisconsin.

The couple is now at home at 14362 Pilot Knob Road, Apple Valley, after a wedding trip to Washington state.
