Carl A. Zarnstorff of Owen (Clark Co.), Wisconsin earned a spot in the 1974
Citation Circle of Chrysler's Service Manager's Guild. Mr. Zarnstorff is service
manager at Town & Country Service.
Chrysler's Service Manger's Guild is a professional association that meets
months to study and discuss latest developments in the auto repair and
maintenance field.
Sessions include workshops and discussion on personnel management, customer
relations, training procedures and other developments in service management.
Citation Circle winners are those services managers who display the highest
performance in all areas covered by the Guild in its discussions.
That award winners attended a four day seminar in Jamaica, May 1 – 4, 1975.
F.G. Hazelroth, General Manager of the Corporation's Service and Parts Sales
Division, told the service managers that customer relations and efficient
service operations are the keys to future sales in auto dealerships and ured
them to continue to set the highest standards of professionalism in the auto
repair industry.
