Boeck, Elaine P. (17 FEB 1943 – 2 AUG 2019)

Elaine P. Piwoni-Boeck, 76, of Divide, Colorado, her husband at her side, died at their home on August 2,2019. Elaine, first child of a set of twins, was born on February 17, 1943, to Joseph and Florence (nee Florianna Zukowski) Piwoni. She was educated in the Thorp school system and graduated from Thorp High School in 1961. Elaine lived and worked in various places through the years. On May 16, 1989, Elaine married David Boeck on the island of Maui, Hawaii. They made their home in Colorado. Dave and Elaine traveled many places throughout the world - always happy to return home to Colorado. Elaine loved nature and all the wildlife that found its way into their back yard.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Dave (Divide, CO); twin sister Eleanore Piwoni (Woodland Park, CO); sister Jo-Ann Piwoni (Thorp, WI); and two stepdaughters.

She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant brother, Richard Frank; and her 'furbabies' Missi and Yukon.
