Donald Hawks returned home from Milwaukee on Wednesday, after having visited at the home of his daughter and son-in-law, the Mierers.

Jane Hansen, 12 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lester Hansen, was rushed to St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield, on Wednesday for emergency appendectomy, which had ruptured. Progress is good, but she will be there for another week. Her room number is 402 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield.

The Don Poppe family, Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Poppe and Mr. and Mrs. Larry Klabon and family of La Crosse, attended the Michael Rabska wedding in eau Claire on February 22nd, and then remained enjoying a weekend and the Holiday Inn.

Mr. and Mrs. Dale Bush on Friday February 21 were guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Bush of Withee, to celebrated their 47th wedding anniversary. Those attending were Mr. and Mrs. Ken Larsson, Alma Center, Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Schnabel of Neillsville, Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Lindgren, Owen, Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Erickson, Curtiss, and Rev. and Mrs. Charles Bush, Adams, Wisconsin.

Robert Kafka, student at La Crosse University, spent the weekend at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ted Kafka.
