Mitchell, Laura (7 Dec 1974)

With immediate family and friends in attendance, Laura Mitchell and Harry Bruckschlager were united in marriage on December 7th, 1974 in the chambers of Judge M. Brennan in Neillsville (Clark Co., Wis.). Mr. and Mrs. Walter Brucks of Mesa Arizona witnessed the ceremony.

Following the ceremony, a wedding dinner was held at the Bali Hai Supper Club, Neillsville

Special guests include the parents of the bride, Mr. and Mrs. Eric Banfield, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and Mr. and Mrs. Duane Reh and family of Trevor, Wisconsin. Other out of town guests included many cousins of the groom from Minnesota, Michigan and Illinois, and classmates of the Withee graduating class of 1946.

A wedding reception, dance and dinner were held in the evening at the American Legion Hall, Owen, with the Diamondaires providing the entertainment. Mrs. Duane Reh was in charge of the guests book, which numbered 400 guests.

Escorting the newlyweds in the Grand March were Mr. and Mrs. George Fijalkiewicz of Greenwood, and Mr. and Mrs. Ted Klabon, Withee, so ably coordinated the lovely wedding gifts. Assisting the bride and groom cut the beautiful wedding cake was Mrs. Edmond Rohland of Withee.

Mr. and Mrs. Bruckschlager are now at home on the family farm, route 2, Withee (Clark Co., Wis.).
