Augustine, Mr./Mrs. Elroy (Silver – 20? JUN 1970)

The 25th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Elroy Augustine was celebrated Saturday, June 20, 1970, with dinner and supper served at the Colby Hotel.

Open house in the afternoon and dancing in the evening, with music furnished by the Medicares of Rib Lake was also included in the observance.

The dinner table was decorated with a silver anniversary cake made and presented to the honored couple by Mrs. Herman Hoffman.

Attendants present were Mrs. Isadore Umlauft and Mrs. Gordon Krueger, Marshfield, and Marvin Augustine.

The attendants not able to be present were Mrs. Robert Staehly of Joliet, Illinois, Mrs. Melvin Lindau of Neillsville, Mrs. Clyde Radlinger, California, Paul Sill, Racine, Mrs. Marvin Augustine, deceased.

Guests from out of town included Mr. and Mrs. Chris Stendel, Wilmington, Illinois, Ernest Augustine, St. Paul, Mrs. Ben Burkhart and Julie, Thorp, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Kowalk, Owen, Mrs. Fred Baumgart, Owen, Mr. and Mrs. Lavern Prange and Mrs. William Prange, Ridgeland, Mrs. Emil Newman, Barron, Mr. and Mrs. Heber Prange and family, Tripoli, Mr. and Mrs. Otis Kath and family, Loyal, Mr. and Mrs. Delmar Augustine and Karen, Curtiss, Miss Judy Augustine, Wausau, Mr. and Mrs. Orville Baumgart, Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Krueger and Mr. and Mrs. Isadore Umlauft and family, Marshfield, Mr. and Mrs. Ted Baumgart and family, Unity, Mr. and Mrs. David Schultz, Pullman, Washington, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Schultz, Rolling Meadows, Illinois, Mr. and Mrs. Don Czerwinski and family, Wausau, Mr. and Mrs. Gary Neinow, Edgar, Mr. and Mrs. Neil Neeb, Hastings, Minnesota, and relatives and friend from the immediate vicinity.
