Sinnott, Marianne Barbara (Imholt) (15 MAY 1941 - 7 MAR 2019)

Marianne Barbara Sinnott, 77, Phillips, died on Thursday, March 7, at her Lakeside Villa Residence while under the care of Flambeau Home Health and Hospice.

She was born on May 15, 1941, in Elmhurst, Illinois, the daughter of Richard and Anne (Kronabetter) Imholt. She was married to Joseph “Toby” Sinnott on April 23, 1960, in Oak Lawn, IL. She was an avid reader and it was that joy of reading that led her to own and operate the Leisure Times Book Store in Phillips. In her free time she enjoyed reading, crafts, flower gardening, travel with her sister Karen, and above all spending time with her family, especially the grandchildren.

She is survived by five children, Terrie (Paul) Kozey, Phillips, Sandy Sinnott, Phillips, Martina (Rick) Heizler, Phillips, Cyndi Sinnott, Phillips, and Wanda (Shannon) Grewe, Unity, WI; by 15 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren; by one brother, Richard (LuAnn), Charlotte, NC; and by three sisters, Karen (Paul) Newberg, Boulder Junction, WI, Rosie (Jim) Curnutt, Western Springs, IL, and Phyllis Novak, Springs Hill, FL.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph, on September 21, 2016.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
