Mohns, Grace (31 JAN 1970)

Owen Schraufnagel, son of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Schraufnagel of Abbotsford (Clark Co., Wis.), and Mrs. Grace Mohns of Elroy were united in marriage Saturday, January 31, 1970 in the First Presbyterian Church, Abbotsford. The Rev. Kenneth Dix of the United Church of Christ of Colby officiated at the double ring service at 7 o'clock. Mrs. Eugene Strathman was the organist and as a special selection played "How Great Thou Art."

Mr. and Mrs. Al Schraufnagel of Elroy, brother and sister-in-law of the groom, were the attendants.

For her wedding the bride chose a floor length gown of ivory crepe with a matching lace bolero and a chapel train.

The pillbox which held her short veil was of matching crepe and lace. She carried a nosegay of pink carnations and baby white roses.

Her matron of honor, carrying a similar bouquet of yellow carnations and baby white roses, was attired in a floor length formal of dark green velvet, accented by a lime green panel down the back. She wore a short matching veil.

After the ceremony, a dinner for a small group was held at the Colby Hotel.

Mr. and Mrs. Schraufnagel and Rynold and Edwin are making their home at 713 Butternut Street, Abbotsford.

Mr. Schraufnagel is the produce manager at Kramer's IGA store in Abbotsford.
