June 8, 1974 at 1:30 p.m. was the date chosen for a very beautiful and large

For her wedding day, Mrs. Sheri Rohland chose a dress of full length white
flocked polyester crepe with lace trim. Her gown was designed by herself. She
wore a three tier shoulder length veil with a pearled crown, and her bouquet
consisted of red and yellow roses, daisies, baby's breath and ivy.
Miss Lee Kenny of Round Lake, Illinois was chosen for maid of honor, and
bridesmaids were Miss Sue Kaz, Owen, and Miss Patty Roland of Withee. Junior
bridesmaid was Miss Diane Reb of Trevor, and the flower girl was Miss Jody
Rohland of Withee.
Their dresses were also home designed and were made out of full length flocked
crepe polysester. They carried baskets of tinted daisies surrounded by baby's
breath and ivy.
Chosen for the best man was Dave Gay of Owen, with groomsmen Harry Mitchell,
Withee and Michael Multhauf, Withee, and David Roland was a junior groomsman
from Withee. The ring bearer was Duane Reb of Trevor. Ushers were Gay Mitchell
and Scott Rohland, Withee. Music was rendered by Mrs. Louise Luedke of Withee

husband also attended Owen-Withee High School, and is employed with the James
Hatlestad General Contractors.
A buffet dinner was served in the church basement at 3 o'clock, following the
wedding, and a wedding dance at 8 p.m. at the American Legion Hall, Owen. The
guests numbering about 500, came from Florida, Minnesota, Illinois, South Dakota
and Wisconsin.
