Miller, Dawn (15 JUN 1974)
The Rev. Robert Sullivan in Nazareth Lutheran Church, Withee, officiated at the
2 p.m. nuptials of Miss Dawn Miller and Ronald Niznik on Saturday, June 15,
1974.
The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Miller, Withee (Clark Co., Wis.), was given
in marriage by her father to the son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Niznik, Withee, while
Marilyn and Tony Hagen and Kathy Maki provided nuptial music.
Foer her day the bride selected a gown of sata peau and peau d'ange lace with
chapel train. She carried a bouquet of white carnations.
Miss Marlene Niznik, Withee, was maid of honor, and Miss Carol Lavin, Miss Jane
Niznik and Miss Hope Miller, all from Withee, were bridesmaids. Their gowns and
bouquets carried a floral theme with lilac as the predominant color.
Dave Paczkowski, Withee, was best man, and groomsmen were Paul Niznik, Medford,
Jerry Niznik, Withee, and Duane Bower, Milwaukee. Gary Niznik and David Miller
seated the guests for the ceremony, which was followed by a dinner in the church
hall and a dance at the Quonset Hall in Thorp.
The new Mrs. Niznik is a cler=typist in Thorp, and her husband is employed by
Weather Shield Mfg., Inc., Medford.
After a honeymoon in Eau Claire, the newlyweds are making their home in Owen.
