Sager, Deborah (Curtiss) (30 MAY 1955 - 15 JAN 2019)

Deborah Sager, 63 of Gilman, went to her new home in Heaven on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at her home under the care of Hope Hospice. In the comfort of her Lord Jesus Christ, Her Sweetheart (Carl) and her friends and family.

She was born on May 30, 1955 in Manchester, Iowa the daughter of Merlyn and Shirley (Rossow) Curtiss. Her family moved to Boscobel, WI and she graduated from High School there. On June 8, 1973 she married the love of her life, Carl Sager in Madison, WI. The couple moved to Gilman in 1980 and Debbie operated Gilman Beauty Salon since 1986.

She is survived by her husband, Carl of Gilman, her mother, Shirley Curtiss in Manchester, Iowa, her brothers, Elwyn (Linda) Curtiss and Delwyn (Joyce) Curtiss both of Manchester and one sister Vicky Curtiss (Tom Boshers), McFarland, WI. and many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her adopted children Misty (Christopher) Lawson, Truette (Jim) Thompson, Michael (Chad) Konsella, Amanda (David) Oberle. And 16 adopted grandchildren.

Debbie is preceded in death by her father, Merlyn, Grandparents William and Blanche Curtiss and Howard and Veronica Rossow.

A memorial service will be held at 1:30PM on Saturday, January 19, 2019, with visitation beginning at 10:30 at Christ Community Church-Jump River with Rev. Tyler Ewer officiating.

Plombon Funeral Service-Gilman assisted the family.
