The Medford co-operative creamery is building an addition to the south side of
the present milk plant. A spray and roller dryer will be installed in the new
building and will be an addition to the drying plant now used at the creamery.
The Hoffman construction company of Appleton have the contract and expect to
start work immediately.
The same kind of materials will be used in the new building as are in the
present building. The walls will be brick with tile interior and tile floors.
