Mr. and Mrs. Neland Kobs, Waukesha, Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester Washkovich, Wisconsin Rapids, and Mr. and Mrs. David Caldwell, Chicago, were visitors at the Raymond Kobs home this pastw week.

Mr. and Mrs. Howard Erickson, Addison, Illinois, visited the Mr. and Mrs. Cornel Erickson, Curtiss, and Mr. And Mrs. Lew Bulgrin at Owen Thursday through Sunday, and also visited Cornel Erickson, a patient at St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield.

Mr. and Mrs. Willard Geary and daughter Sue left Monday for a three week vacation trip, which will take them to Phoenix, Arizona, where they will visit Mr.a nd Mrs. Arthur Laabs, former Curtiss residents. Then on to Lakewood, California to visit the Delbert Dake family, a brother of Mrs. Geary. They also plan stops at Las Vegas and Yellowstone Park.

Mrs. Ben Bose of Racine is spending a few days at the home of Mrs. Herman Newman. Mrs. Bose will be remembered as the former Orpha Scraffield.

Nancy Peterson was the guest of honor at a 10th birthday party at her home given by Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Peterson. Eleven little girls attended. Other guests at the Peterson home were Mrs. Edwin Peterson, Christina Mathias, Grant Herrick, all of Curtiss, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Peterson and daughter of River Falls, Mrs. George Cook, Unity, and Mr. and Mrs. Lorrain Fritz, Owen.
