His hobbies included watching trains in his spare time and doing everything with tractors including driving them, working on them, pulling with them, combining with them or working with his skid steer. Bucky loved visiting the area parks and spending time with his wife, children and grandkids. He was always willing to help area farmers with whatever and whenever. He will be greatly missed.

Survivors include his wife Rosemary of Stratford; his two children Dodie (Jeremy) Vesely of Colby and Billy (Hazel) Bohman of Eau Claire; his grandchildren: Addison and Kason; his siblings: Allan (Alice) Bohman of Edgar, Gerald (Myrna) Bohman of Mosinee and Mary Ann Wirkus of Stratford; his in-laws including: Dorothy Bohman of Stratford, Carol (James) Streveler of Brule, Gloria Wirkus of Edgar, Donald (Anna) Wirkus of Chili, John (Barbara) Wirkus of Wausau, Patricia (James) Nowak of Stratford, Marjean (James) Bomski of Green Bay, Joseph Wirkus of Stratford, Frank (Sandra) Wirkus of Wausau, Charles Wirkus of Las Vegas, Jane (Glen) Dickson of Pittsville, Betty (Dave) Krall of Marshfield, Michael (Jackie) Wirkus of Marshfield, Patrick (Nancy) Wirkus of Janesville along with other nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends including family friends Kenny and Connie Ven Rooy.
