Brunkhorst, Elsbeth A. “Beth” (1943? - 18 JUN 2018)

Elsbeth A. “Beth” Brunkhorst was born to Eternal Life on June 18, 2018, age 75 years.

She was the beloved mother of David Scheuer, and loving sister of Alan (Nancy) Brunkhorst and Brian (Stephanie) Brunkhorst. She is further survived by many cherished nieces and nephews and their extended families, other relatives and dear friends.

Beth was an avid bike rider in her younger years, enjoying the long distance tours. She also loved baseball – especially the Milwaukee Brewers. She earned her Master of Arts from Central Michigan University. Her entire working career was spent at Milwaukee County General Hospital/Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin, starting in 1969. In 1994, she served as the Wisconsin State Advisor for the American Society of Clinical Pathologist (ASCP) while working at Milwaukee County Medical Complex. She was also an adjunct professor of Medical Technology at Marquette.

Visitation was held at Three Holy Women Parish - Holy Rosary Church, 2011 N. Oakland Ave., Milwaukee, WI 53202, on Wednesday, June 27, 2018, from 9 a.m. until the time of the funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Interment followed at Wauwatosa Cemetery.
