Bladow, Leonard L. (3 MAY 1938 - 2 JUN 2018)

Leonard L. Bladow, 80, of Marengo, died peacefully, June 2, 2018 at Journeycare Hospice with his family by his side.

Leonard was born on May 3, 1938 in Ladysmith, the son of Harry and Johanna Bladow. He served proudly in the United States Marine Corp.

On May 15, 1965 he married Linda M. Andres. He was a contractor which not only was his career but his favorite past time to dig in the dirt and build things. He was a devoted husband, father and papa who enjoyed gardening, bowling, golfing and cleaning pools. He will be missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife, Linda; his children, Jeffrey (Jennifer) Bladow, Cynthia (Chris Bell) Bladow and Michele (Daryl) Clark, and by his grandchildren, Jacyln, Jessica, Christopher, Connor, Ava, Grace and Camryn. He is also survived by his brothers, Harry (Suzanne) Bladow and Robert (Joanne) Bladow and by many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and by his 10 brothers and sisters.
