Mr. and Mrs. Ludwig Jordon, Mrs. Henry Trybula and Elaine, Mr. and Mrs. LaVerne Gregorich and family, and Mr. and Mrs. John Scharenbrock attended a graduation party at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Bernie Schmidt, Loyal, in honor of their daughter, Barbara, on Thursday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Schmidt returned Saturday from a visit to Charlotte N.C. to visit his mother and other relatives. Mrs. Lena Foeske stayed with Mrs. Schmidt's mother, who makes her home with them, while they were gone.

Mrs. Walter Hoover and Terry of Alexandria, Virginia left for home Wednesday after spending a week with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Haslow, and to attend the Haslow-Geiger wedding.

Mrs. John Rybka, Tacoma, Washington, spent a week with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Haslow. She returned home on Friday.

Mr. and Mrs. Byron Spencer and Mrs. Kate Pope visited relatives and friends in Loyal and Greenwood on Sunday.

Mr. and Mfrs. Robert Schilling of Jefferson and Mrs. Lena Foelske of Spencer called on relatives here Sunday. The Schillings were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Merlyn Lindner of Spencer.
