Dietsche, Frank (10 FEB 1887 – 9 MAR 1974)

Frank Dietsche, 87, R. 2, Spencer, died at home on March 9, 1974, at 5:00 a.m.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, March 12, at 10:30 a.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church, with burial in West Spencer Cemetery. Rev. Fr. Andrew Bofenkamp officiated.

The Rux Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Frank Dietsche was born on February 10, 1887, in the Town of Sherman (Clark Co., Wis.). He was married on August 23, 1933 to Erma Nonnemacher at Antigo, who survives him.

He farmed his entire life, until retiring in 1962, and was Clerk of the Griffith School for several years. He was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church, Spencer.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Dorothy Dietsche, Spencer, four sons, Robert, Lena; Gerald, Milwaukee, and Leland and Marvin, Spencer; 14 grandchildren, and one sister, Mrs. Mary Brill, Los Altos, California.

He was preceded in death by one sister and three brothers.

Pallbearers were William Rahm, Joseph Bymers, Buster Dietsche, William Davel, Edgar Yerhaler, and Emil Weiland.
