A Noeldner family reunion was held Sunday, October 28, 1973 at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Verland Dux and family, beginning with a potluck meal at noon, with 95 relatives and some friends present.

Those from away were Mr. and Mrs. Floyd McCann and Mr. and Mrs. James Boyles and family of Milwaukee. Mrs. William Zubella and family and Ronald Pick of Menomonee Falls, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Dux of West Allis, Mr. and Mrs. Dafrel Counard of Richfield, Dennis Dux of West Bend, Mr. and Mrs. Gary Oswald and family of Marshfield, Miss Brenda Noeldner of Thorp, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Noeldner and family, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Johnson and family, and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Rohde and family of Greenwood, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Meyer and family of Unity.

Those from the Loyal area were Mr. and Mrs. Herman Noeldner an family, Mr. and Mrs. Nathan Noeldner and family, Mrs. Emma Rottjer, Mr. and Mrs. Norber Noeldner, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Oestreich and Rhonda, Jean Olsen, Mr. and Mrs. Larry Noeldner and family, Mr. and Mrs. Erwin Noeldner anf family, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Voss and family, Mr. Leonard Noeldner, Mr. and Mrs. Erwin Dux and Su Mack.

Other relatives present were Rev. and Mrs. Kenneth Loehrke and Tod of Abbotsford, Mr. and Mrs. Maynard Loehrke and family of Theresa, Mrs. Fred Zastrow and Linda , and Mrs. Elzora Brummond of Mayville.

In the afternoon, Nathan Noeldner showed movie pictures of past family reunions and other pictures of interest. The remainder of the afternoon was spent enjoying a "sing-a-long", with Maynard Loehrke on his guitar leading in the singing, and, of course, lots of visiting was shared by all throughout the afternoon and into the evening.
