Farley, Kristine M. (Onstad) (9 JAN 1953 - 7 MAR 2018)
Kristine M. Farley, 65, of Conrath, died Wednesday, March 7, at House of the
Dove Hospice in Marshfield.
She is survived by her husband, Lynn, 2 daughters, Kate and Jason Tucker, Leslie
and Dan Augenstine, 1 son, Greg and Vanessa, 10 Grandchildren, 1 brother Karl
Onstad.
Funeral services for Kristine Farley will be held on Saturday, March 10, at 11
AM at the First Church of Christ in Ladysmith with Rev. Brian Chitwood
officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery Ladysmith.
The Farley Family will receive visitors on Saturday at the church from 9 AM
until the time of services.
The Nash-Jackan Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Kristine Marie Farley, 65, of Conrath, died on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 in
Marshfield following an 11-month illness.
Kris was born on Jan. 9, 1953 to Vern and Marge Onstad in Northfield, Minn. Two
years later, her brother, Karl Jon Onstad, of Ladysmith, was born.
The family moved and raised their children in Bloomington, Minn. between the
ages of 4 and 18. Her favorite childhood memories included family get-togethers
with cousins in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota and South Dakota. She
finished her bachelor’s degree at Minnesota Bible College in Rochester, Minn.
There she met her husband, Lynn Farley.
She married Lynn in Bloomington, Minn. on Dec. 20, 1975. They raised their
family on a farm near Conrath — Katie, Leslie and Greg.
Kris worked at Rusk County Community Library in Ladysmith. She loved working at
the library after the kids left home, but her greatest joy was being a
grandmother to 10 grandchildren.
She was a member of First Church of Christ in Ladysmith.
Kris is survived by her husband, Lynn; her son, Greg (Vanessa) Farley of
Highland Park, Ill.; her daughters, Kate (Jason) Tucker and Leslie (Dan)
Augenstine and 10 grandchildren, Emma and Cole Tucker; Kylie, Alyssia, Natalie,
Lydia and Melonie Augenstine and Oliver, Thatcher and Carter Farley. She is also
survived by her brother, Karl Jon Onstad of Ladysmith.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 10 at First Church of Christ in
Ladysmith with Brian Chitwood officiating.
Burial was in Riverside Cemetery in Ladysmith.
Nash-Jackan Funeral home assisted with the arrangements.
