Mrs. Francis Kaufmann passed away at her home in Marshfield on Monday, March 23. Relatives attending Rosary and Funeral Mass Wednesday were her sisters, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Hiebsch and Mr. and Mrs. Emil Stasek of Owen, and nieces, Mrs. Phillips Lukowicz of Wisconsin Rapids and Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Greschner of Withee.

Mr. Elmer Adolphson of Minneapolis, Minnesota was a visitor at the Art Wolfram home on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of last week.

Captain and Mrs. Hilbert Glenzer Jr. left here last Tuesday for Norfolk, Virginia, where they will be assigned following the past one and a half years at Adak, Alaska. Capt. Glenzer was the commanding officer of the U.S. Naval Station at Adak and was relived of his command at a ceremony held on February 28th at the V.P. Hangar, U.S. Naval Station, Adak, Alaska. Capt. And Mrs. Glenzer and son John arrived here ten days ago and have enjoyed a visit at the homes of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. L.W. Cattanach and Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Glenzer Sr., and also with other relatives.

Over the weekend Patsy List and friend of Stevens Point visited at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James List. Also arriving home from WSU, Eau Claire was their son Bob.

The Raymond Graham family drove to Fargo, North Dakota over the weekend visiting relatives. Enroute home Sunday they stopped at Eau Claire to visit Mr. and Mrs. Michael Brigham and son Nathaniel.

Priscilla Milliren, student home from WSU, River Falls, for Easter, left on Saturday to visit her sister, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Schindler and daughter Lee Ann in Brandenburg, Kentucky.
