Koperski, Ralph (8 AUG 1904 – 20 FEB 1971)

Ralph Koperski, 66, passed away at Victory Memorial Hospital, Saturday, February 20th, 1971. Funeral services were held at St. Hedwig's Church, Tuesday, February 23, at ten a.m., with Father Bill Matzek officiating. Burial was made in the parish cemetery (New St. Hedwig's).

Pallbearers were nephews: Stephen Budzinski, Louis Bielicki Jr., Clifford Koperski, Francis Gwiazdon, Timothy Gwiazdon, and Dennis Packowski.

Mr. Koperski, a farmer, was born August 8, 1904 at Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.). He was united in marriage to Bernice Gwiazdon, September 26, 1931 at Chicago. They lived in Chicago for 10 years, and moved to the Thorp are in 1942.

Surviving are his wife, Bernice; his father, John Koperski; five brothers, Walter Koperski of Junction City, Joseph Koperski of Jacksonville, Florida, Casimer and Ed Koperski of Thorp, Julius Koperski of Park Forest, Illinois; seven sisters, LaVerne Clark of Los Angeles, California, Helen Luce of Junction City, Viola Patch and Valeria Koplitz of Chicago, Kathrine Koltis of Coloma, California, Marie Kowalczyk of Chicago, and Victoria Packowski of Withee; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother March 4, 1967.
