Stelzel, Janean Joan (16 JUN 1973)

Janean Joan Stelzel, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Stelzel, R. 2, Spencer, and Roger Lee Morrow, son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Morrow, R. 2, Colby, were married at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, June 16, 1973 in Trinity Lutheran Church, Spencer. The Rev. William Ruhbusch, pastor, officiated. The bride was given in marriage by her father. Margaret Worchel was soloist, with Mrs. Arnold Bruesewitz as organist.

The bride was seen in a floor length hite gown of chiffon over taffeta, with a bodice of cluny lace, trimmed at the high neck, waist, and cuffs with tiny blue embroidered flowers and blue satin ribbon. She wore a lace trimmed mantilla veil.

Her bouquet consisted of pink roses, white carnations, lily of the valley.

Mrs. Nancy Morrow, Colby, was matron of honor, with Mrs. Gloria Stelzel, Wausau, and Miss Kathryn Nall, Spencer, as bridesmaids. They carried white baskets of mixed flowers in pastel shades, and were seen in floor length gowns of blue flowered embossed cotton, in empire style.

Mr. Terry Morrow, Colby, was best man, and groomsmen were Mr. Michael Stelzel, Wausau, and Mr. Ken Morrow, Marshfield.

Rick Dix and Mark Morrow were ushers. Janell Stelzel and Delores Morrow, usherettes, and Mark Stelzel, acolyte.

A reception and dance followed the ceremony at the Spencer Municipal Hall.

The bride is a 1972 graduate of Spencer High School and attended the University of Wisconsin at Marshfield.

Her husband is a 1971 graduate of Colby High School and is employed at Marshfield Homes, Marshfield.
