Sebold, Gregory M. (16 MAR 1946 - 8 NOV 2017)

Gregory M. Sebold, age 71, of Dorchester, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 8, 2017.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 19, 2017 at St. Louis Catholic Church in Dorchester. Father Tim Oudenhoven will officiate. Family and friends are welcome from 12:00 p.m. until time of service Sunday at the church. The Maurina-Schilling Funeral Home in Dorchester is entrusted with the arrangements.

Greg was born March 16, 1946, in Marshfield, son of Maxwell and Lavina (Vogt) Sebold. He was united in marriage to Sandra K. Maninen. Together they farmed in the Town of Mayville.

Greg lived for farming. He also won awards for judging cattle. Greg lived by the motto leaving the farm better than when he got it. He also enjoyed square dancing, polka dancing, hunting and fishing.

Greg is survived by his wife, Sandy of Dorchester; four nieces: Adeline (Jess) Ernest of Withee, Leslie Anderson of Medford, Ayla Brossow of Medford and Darcy (John) Ustianowski of Medford; many great-nieces and great-nephews. He is further survived by his sister-in-law, Annette (Randy) Brossow of Medford; cousins, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his nephew, Ron Anderson, uncle, Francis Sebold and cousin, Billy Baker.
