Oldham, Larry Everett (14 July 1950 – 19 July 2017)

Larry Everett Oldham, 67, of Pataskala, passed away on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at his residence after a two-year battle with cancer.

He was born on July 14, 1950 in Sandusky, OH, to LaFayette and Ruth (Burkett) Oldham. Larry retired from CSX Railroad after 38 years of employment. He was an avid golfer and a member of the Indian Hills Wednesday night golf league.

Larry is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Kathy; children, Nikki Endicott, Lyndsay (Stephen) Alexander, Casey (Cassi) Oldham, Abby (Tommy) Weese and Maggie (Derek) Beggs; 11 grandchildren; sister, Julia Schwert; faithful pet, Annie and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, LaFayette and Ruth (Burkett) Oldham and sister, Caroline Clink.

Friends may call from 1-3 and 5-7 on Monday, July 24, 2017 at KAUBER-FRALEY FUNERAL HOME. Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home with Roger Henry officiating. Interment will follow at Pataskala Cemetery.

Additional notes: Information from Erdine Oldham Payne: Larry’s father LaFayette was a brother to William Jr, Charles, Genevieve Kalsow, Daisy Rodman, Raymond, Joseph, & step-siblings, Jessie Blumer, Viola Williams, Gertie Borgen and Guy Oldham. The parents and grandparents also lived in Clark County in their day.
