Hoverson, Alice #2 (2 AUG 1887 – 28 SEP 1968)

Funeral services were held at 2 o'clock yesterday afternoon, Wednesday, October 2, 1968, at the Hoeper and Kraut Funeral Home for Miss Alice Hoverson, 81, of Curtiss (Clark Co., Wis.). Miss Hoverson died Saturday at Memorial Hospital at Medford. Rev. J.H. Jeide of Medford officiated, with burial being made in the Norwegian Lutheran Cemetery at Curtiss.

Pallbearers were Wilmer Paul, Leslie Stuart, Richard Carlson, Archie Ackerman, Eino Walkama and Elmer Voightlander.

Miss Hoverson was born in Clark County, town of Hoard, August 2, 1887, and received her education in the area's public schools. For the past several years she had resided at Memorial Nursing Home in Medford.

She was a member of the former Bethany Reformed Church in Hoard township for many years.

Survivors include two brothers, Oscar and Hobart Hoverson, both of Curtiss, and several nieces and nephews.

Two sisters preceded her in death.
