On Aug. 19, 1961, she married Henry “Hank” Gorichs Jr. After her marriage she became a homemaker and raised three children. She later went to work for Marathon Cheese and Tombstone Pizza. In 1987 the family moved to Nevada where she worked as a house cleaner and a part time antique dealer, retiring in 2007. She enjoyed painting portraits, antique hunting, flower gardening and watching her youngest grandson play baseball.

Darlene is survived by one son, David (Donna) Gorichs of Medford; two daughters, Tammy Hoffman and Nicole (Harry) Koch both of Carson City, Nev.; four grandchildren, Mike, Ashli, Zach (Kim) and Asher; two sisters, Caroline Quante of Medford and Lillian Miller of Waupun and one brother, Buddy.

Darlene is further preceded in death by her parents; former husband; sister Leona; brothers, Billy and Leonard and grandson, Tanner.

A private family dinner will be held at the home of her daughter, Nicole Koch, to celebrate her wonderful life. In lieu of flowers or donations the family asks that all of us call our parents or loved ones today as you never know when it will be your last chance.

Autumn Hills Funeral Home will be assisting with arrangements.
