Presently, Marie had been working in both custodial service and food service at Marshfield Senior High School. Marie was active with the Christ Lutheran Church Youth Group and Bible Study and was an avid supporter of the Booster Club at Camp Luther. She possessed such a passion for children.

Her hobbies included camping and spending time with family around the campfire, tending to her flower gardens, traveling on bus tours with her husband Darrel, going for walks and simply enjoying simple beautiful things like sunsets, full moons, bullfrogs and butterflies.

Marie was preceded in death by her father and a granddaughter Angel. If desired, memorials in Marie’s name are being accepted by her family for a charity to be determined later.

Her family extends a special “thank you” to the staff at both Ministry Home Hospice and House of The Dove for the compassionate care their loved one received.
