Kage, Edna M. (Nehring) (30 JAN 1915 - 21 OCT 2010)
Edna M. Kage, 95, formerly of Edgar, died Thursday October 21, 2010 at North
Central Health Care Facilities, Wausau.
Funeral services will 11:00 a.m. Monday October 25, 2010, at St. Stephen
Evangelical Lutheran Church, Edgar. Rev. LaDonna Eckern will officiate. Burial
will be in the Edgar Cemetery.
Friends may call on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at the
church.
She was born January 30, 1915, in the town of Stettin, daughter of the late Paul
and Alma (Mundinger) Nehring. On April 28, 1934, she married William Kage in
Edgar. He preceded her in death January 6, 1980.
Edna was a member of St. Stephen Evangelical Lutheran Church, Edgar and their
Ladies Aid.
Survivors include one sister, Viola (Ted) Frick, Wausau, other relatives and
friends.
Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two sons, Kenneth
and Merlen and one brother, Gerhardt Nehring.
