Boehm, Teresa M. (3 NOV 1976 - 8 APR 2016)

Teresa M. Boehm, 39, Mosinee, was born to eternal life, Friday April 8, 2016.

She was born November 3, 1976, in Wausau, daughter of Glen and Kathleen (Durand) Boehm. She was a 1995 graduate of Mosinee High School, a 2000 graduate of the UW Stevens Point with a major in Elementary Education and years later she received a Master's Degree in Education. With a heart full of determination and love, Teresa's passion in life was helping special education students. She worked with home school students through Grant Elementary School in Wisconsin Rapids through their Virtual School program.

Through the years, Teresa had many interests, among them, fishing and skiing, including cross country, downhill and waterskiing. She was also an animal lover of all types and especially enjoyed walking her dogs.

Survivors include her parents, Glen and Kathleen, two brothers, Daniel Boehm, Chicago and Patrick (Allison) Boehm, Lewiston, Idaho, paternal grandmother, Joan Boehm, Wausau, along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Mark Boehm, maternal grandparents, Harold and Ruth Durand, an aunt and uncle, Kathleen & David Martin.

Memorial services will be Noon Thursday April 14, 2016 at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau. Rev. William Grevatch will preside.

Friends may call on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at the Sixth Street funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Shriners Children's Hospital, in care of the family.
