Supper guests at the Erland Shelley home on Monday were Mr. and Mrs. Donald Simons and daughter Linda, Topeka, Kansas, Mr. and Mrs. Leon Shelley, Marshfield, Mrs. Dorothy Neuman, Spencer.

Mrs. Ronald Steinwagner, son Mike and brother LeRoy Korntved were supper guests on Wednesday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Herb Steinwagner.

Mrs. Dorothy Dearth has returned home on Thursday after having surgery at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield.

Mrs. George Miller Sr. has returned to her home after her stay at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield.

Mr. and Mrs. Michael Benning, Adams, spent Friday through Sunday at the home of his mother, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Hebert.

Visiting at the home of her mother, Mrs. Hattie Raczykowski, this past week were Mrs. Robert Bradway, daughter Robin, sons Edward and Dennis, Springbrook, Wisconsin. Dennis and Edward are on furlough from the service.

Mr. and Mrs. Corwin Dallman, accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Edward Funk, Poynette, Wisconsin, attended the Wisconsin Bakers Convention at Milwaukee. The highlight of the trip for Mrs. Verna Dallman was when the main speaker, Col. John Glenn, drew her number and she won a Sony portable TV.

Weekend visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Hainzlsperger were Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Weinfurtner, Lindsey, and his niece, Miss Debby Loos, Rockford, Illinois.

Leaving on Saturday for a one week vacation at the Yellowstone National Park were Mr. and Mrs. Lee Raatz and daughters.

The Brighton Homemakers will hold their next meeting July 8th at 8 p.m. at the Brighton Town Hall. Mrs. Donald Melander will be the hostess.

Tuesday visitors at the home of Mrs. Lucy Colby were Mr. and Mrs. Walter Croosce, Mrs. William Fieldgrove from Shawano.

Mr. and Mrs. John Johnson are going to be holding an open house at the Unity Memorial Hall from 2 to 4, Saturday, July 3, to celebrate their Golden Wedding Anniversary. Everyone is welcome.

A family picnic was held on Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Vern White. Those present were her mother and father, Mr. and Mrs. Thane Hamlet, Arizona; her sister and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Tetz and family, Shell Lake; his mother and father, Mrs. And Mrs. Orville White, Rice Lake; Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Gilbertson and son, Spencer; Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Hanson, Colby, Mr. and Mrs. Robert (the rest of this article was cut off).

Mr. and Mrs. Don Fischer, Linda and Larry, left Monday morning on a 10 day vacation. They will be traveling into Canada and Yellowstone Park.
