Pilbeam, Clinton E. "Sonny" (4 JUL 1945 - 29 JUL 2016)

Clinton E. "Sonny" Pilbeam, Medford died Friday, July 29, 2016 at his home.

He was born July 4, 1945 in Spooner, son of the late Clinton A. and Vivian (LaRue) Pilbeam.

Sonny worked at Frahm Wood Products in Athens for many years.

He enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packers, all of Wisconsin Badger sports and playing cribbage with anyone who had a dollar to lose. Sonny loved camping, and spending time with his family. Most especially he cherished the time he was able to watch his children and grandchildren play softball and baseball or anyone else he knew. He also had a love for animals, especially dogs and horses.

Survivors include Sharon Stahnke, Medford, his children, Jessica (Chris) Mabie, Medford, Jeff (Janelle Helland) Stahnke, Athens and Josh (Jenny) Stahnke, Edgar, six grandchildren, Sebastian and Alex Mabie, Lucas, Brooke, Erica and Logan Stahnke and one sister, Sandra (Don) Pfau, Maple Grove, MN.

Memorial services will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Athens. The Rev. Joy Nelson Jeffers will officiate.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until the time of services all at the Athens funeral home.
