North Pine Valley (19 Dec 1918)

Mr. and Mrs. Gullickson received the sad news Thursday from the government that their son is missing in France. We hope that he will soon be found and return home soon.

Mrs. Pete Haugen is reported on the sick list.

Fred Marg helped Mr. Hrach with his work one day last week.

Miss Poppie, our teacher, will give an entertainment Saturday evening at the school house. Everybody come.

Ervin Fischer and Fred Appleyard were seen on our roads Monday getting subscribers for the Red Cross.

Pate Haugen lost a valuable horse last week.

Mrs. Stelter is reported on the sick list.

Mrs. T. Coughlin called on Mrs. A. Marg Sunday.

Dorris Schuttie is reported on the sick list.

Albert and Fred Marg called on Alfred Carl Sunday.
